Foodies no longer have to leave Downtown Hillsboro for food truck fare. Starting May 5, Food Truck Fridays rolls on to the Tom Hughes Civic Center Plaza. Lunch goers can peruse two rotating trucks before trying their hand at plaza games like mega-sized chess, Jenga and connect four, and cornhole. The trucks are revved up and ready to serve from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm, May 5 through September 29.
